Who we are

Get Sassy Pup is a service of Sassy Pup Studios, LLC. This policy explains what information we collect through getsassypup.com, how we use it, and how you can reach us about it.

Information we collect

When you submit the Funnel Review form, we collect what you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number (if given), website URL, business type, and your written answers about your current contact/booking process and goals.

We do not currently use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy before doing so.

How we use it

To evaluate your funnel review request and follow up with you
To scope and deliver work you've agreed to
To keep an internal record of past and current client requests

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that help us operate (for example, our form-processing and CRM infrastructure), who only access it to help us respond to you.

How it's stored

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in our internal CRM. Access is limited to Sassy Pup Studios, LLC personnel who need it to respond to your request.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing sassypupstudiosllc@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we collect or use information, we'll update this page and revise the date above.
