The service

Get Sassy Pup, a service of Sassy Pup Studios, LLC ("we," "us"), provides done-for-you lead funnel builds and repairs, marketed as the 48-Hour Lead Funnel Fix. Exact deliverables for any engagement are defined during scoping and confirmed with you in writing before work begins.

Requesting a review

Submitting the Funnel Review form is a request for us to evaluate your situation — it is not a purchase and does not obligate either party to proceed. We'll follow up with what we'd recommend; work only starts once scope, timeline, and pricing are agreed in writing.

The 48-hour target

Our 48-hour build target begins once scope has been agreed and you've provided any access, content, or approvals we need — not from the moment you submit a form. More complex integrations or requests may require additional time, which we'll communicate before starting.

No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee specific increases in leads, sales, bookings, or search rankings. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your pricing, market, and how you follow up with leads. We're responsible for delivering the agreed-upon work; we're not responsible for guaranteeing a business outcome.

Your responsibilities

Timely delivery depends on you providing accurate information, necessary account or platform access, and reasonably prompt feedback and approvals. Delays on your end may delay the project timeline.

Payment

Pricing and payment terms are provided during scoping and confirmed in writing before work begins. No payment is required to submit a Funnel Review request.

Ownership

Once an engagement is paid in full, you own the deliverables built specifically for you (such as page content and custom configuration), excluding any third-party tools, platforms, or licensed assets used to build them, which remain governed by their own terms.

Acceptable use

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue work for businesses engaged in deceptive, illegal, or spammy practices.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to this service is limited to the amount you paid us for the engagement giving rise to the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
